Quotations and availability
Transport quotations are based on the itinerary, vehicle requirement and availability at the time of quoting. A quotation does not guarantee availability until the booking is confirmed under the applicable payment and acceptance terms.
Vehicle allocation
Capacity categories do not guarantee a particular brand or model. Equivalent vehicles may be allocated where appropriate, subject to the confirmed passenger, luggage and access requirements.
Itinerary changes
Additional stops, waiting, route changes, extended hours, parking, tolls or other material changes may affect the final cost. Customers should communicate changes as early as possible.
Customer responsibilities
The customer should provide accurate passenger numbers, times, addresses and contact details, and should ensure passengers follow lawful safety instructions given by the driver or operator.
